The sun-lit and beautifully designed Talbot

Step off the expansive, wrap-around porch and into the light-filled foyer. The Talbot is one of Minto’s exclusive home designs on a corner lot, leaving plenty of room in this home for expansive windows that flood every room with natural light. As you begin to explore the Talbot, enter the open great room to your right. A gas fireplace catches the eye and sets a tone for the space with its smooth, polished, and modern ceramic mosaic frame. A large sectional and statement art pieces tie this room together and opens the room to the kitchen and dining room beyond.

The unique Corian kitchen island is curved to maximize seating space and countertop real estate. It’s the star of the kitchen and is sure to invite your guests to gather around during meal-prep or an evening of casual drinks. The mosaic motif is carried over into the kitchen in a stunning, designer backsplash in deep blues and greys that compliments the stainless steel appliances and aluminum pantry doors. You’ll find plenty of storage space in the two-toned kitchen cabinets, and the built-in cooktop and oven will inspire home chefs to get creative.
