House Rules for our Social Media platforms
Welcome to our social media community, where we are all about positive engagement! Creating beautiful homes, spaces and communities is our passion at Minto and it’s no different online. On our social media channels we want you to get to know your Ottawa neighbours, share your stories with us, and learn about our communities and new home designs. We want to get to know you – our homeowners – and have you know us.
Our social media platforms are, of course, a forum to voice your experience and we welcome your feedback. We will consider your suggestions and look for ways to improve. If however the commentary is unrelated, exceeds constructive criticism; is excessive or offensive; or mentions Minto residents, customers, and employees by name, then it will not be permitted. Minto reserves the right to hide and/or remove comments that we deem are inappropriate, and if someone continually violates any of our Community Guidelines, we may block that person to ensure that our community members have a positive experience.
In addition to the rights that you grant to the social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Houzz etc.), by submitting content to our online platform, you also grant Minto a non‐exclusive license to use, reproduce, display and otherwise use the content and media, without any obligation to you.
