Connections

Brookline has been designed with your well-being in mind, and getting outside to reconnect with nature has never been easier. The multi-use-pathway network within and outside of Brookline is unique in that it connects to everything a new homeowner would need. You’ll be able to walk or cycle to nearby amenities either by exploring the Decommissioned CN Rail Corridor located just behind our new community, or cycling down March Road on the future bicycle lanes. You can also take a moment to reflect, and explore the future pond, and the pathway that will surrounding it. There are so many ways to explore Brookline, and the surrounding area. Community Parks

In Brookline, Kanata, homeowners will be able to enjoy two future parks that will be built within this new community. The first neighbourhood park, located in phase one, will offer over 6 acres of park space, and is planned to include many amenities for homeowners to enjoy. The second park, located in phase two of the community, offers over another acre of greenspace, and provides homeowners another area to gather and meet their fellow neighbours. Amenities

Brookline is ideally located near many amenities in Kanata that homeowners can drive, bike, or walk to from their new community. Also, just a short drive away, you can find even more green space by visiting the South March Highlands Conservation Forest, which is Ottawa’s largest and most biologically diverse urban forest that offers many hiking and biking trails.
