Things are getting greener in Arcadia and the community is growing to include a new pond called Paine Pond. The pond joins the nearby Carp River and Feedmill Creek in bringing more water features to the community and surrounding neighbourhood. More pathways will be connecting all of Arcadia including the future park. As a homeowner, you can take advantage of this great proximity to the water too as Single Family Homes will back on to Paine Pond.
