Development charges at The Saint are capped at: 

• Studio/1 Bedroom - $11,000
• 2 Bedroom - $13,000
• 3 Bedroom - $15,000

There is currently a waitlist to purchase a locker at The Saint.

A buyer has the option to assign a suite at The Saint. To sell on assignment, the cost would be $1,000 + HST. Please reach out to the sales team at [email protected] for more information.

For international buyers, the deposit structure is:

• 5% on signing
• 10% in 120 days
• 10% in 270 days
• 10% in 365 days
• $0 on Occupancy

The option to lease during interim occupancy is included for all purchasers at The Saint.

A parking spot at The Saint costs $120,000 and is currently available by waitlist only.

The current downpayment for The Saint is as follows:

The maintenance cost is estimated at $0.68/Sq. Ft. (Individually metered for electricity and water).

The Saint features bicycle storage and bike shop with maintenance tools for ease of access to alternative and healthy modes of transportation.

The Saint features a state-of-the-art gym complete with weights, cardio and cross-fit equipment, while a separate space is dedicated to yoga, pilates and spinning.

The Saint two-storey lobby features a 24-hour concierge, parcel storage and flexible collaborative space for lounge, work and study.
