Ottawa, ON – May 8, 2017 – Minto Capital announced the acquisition of Radisson Place in Calgary, Alberta by Minto Canadian Real Estate Value-Add Fund, LP, Minto Capital’s opportunistic private equity fund targeting multi-residential assets and ancillary retail across Canada's major cities. Radisson Place is a 12-storey multi-residential building east of downtown Calgary, complete with 11,400 square feet of commercial space.
Ottawa, ON – May 1, 2017 – Minto Capital is pleased to announce an exciting new partnership with Investors Real Property Fund in the ownership of Minto Place, its downtown Ottawa office complex. The transaction includes three office towers comprising 945,030 sq. ft. of leasable retail and office space and 1,055 parking stalls. Minto will maintain a 50% ownership of Minto Place with Investors Group owning the other 50%.
