Toronto, ON - July 10, 2018 – Minto Apartment REIT (TSX: MI.UN) and Minto Properties Inc. announced today, in connection with the REIT’s recently completed an initial public offering of 13,794,000 trust units at a price of $14.50 per unit, that the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters to purchase up to 2,069,100 additional units was exercised in full, generating additional gross proceeds to the REIT of $30,001,950.

The offering raised gross proceeds of $200,013,000, and units will begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange today under the symbol “MI.UN”.
Toronto, ON - June 22, 2018 – Minto Apartment REIT and Minto Properties announced today that the REIT has filed, and obtained a receipt for, a final long-form prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces and territories in Canada for an initial public offering of 13,794,000 trust units. The units will be issued at a price of $14.50 per unit and are expected to provide unitholders with an initial annual cash distribution yield of 2.83%.
