Big Progress at Ivy Ridge

We think it’s safe to say that winter is officially behind us, and with the change in season comes big changes at Ivy Ridge. 

In fact, we’ve now broken ground and framing is well underway! 

So if these warmer days have you dreaming of backyard barbecues and neighbourhood get-togethers, you’ve come to the right place – because in just a few short months this perfectly located, award-winning community will be abuzz with new homeowners settling in and making the most of beautiful, nature-inspired living. 

Here’s what’s happening

The end of last year saw the completion of earthworks, sewer and watermain installation in Phases 1 and 2, as well as roadway construction and pond excavation along Thickson Road. Now things are really getting exciting as we’re seeing this community come to life, with the framing of 11 houses complete. 

Taking shape

Of the 11 houses that are framed, 8 roofs have been shingled and 3 homes have been bricked. All of the mechanicals, including heating, plumbing and electrical systems have started throughout the site, which means things are really taking shape – and move-in time is just around the corner. 

Coming up

Within the next week, we’ll see an additional 14 lots excavated to begin the building process. Soon the streets in this pretty community near Pringle Creek will be dotted with new single-family homes and townhomes, as closings are all slated for 2019. 
Our team will keep you up-to-date on progress on site, as we eye the finish line and look forward to welcoming our first move-ins later this year.
