Minto Communities USA broke ground on a third neighborhood in its Harbour Isle community on Perico Island, according to a June 8 news release. The Marina Walk neighborhood will consist of one-story resort-style homes priced from $500,000. The models are expected to open by January 2016. Living space will range from 1,483 square feet to 1,650.
Minto Communities USA has begun building luxury model homes at Harbour Isle’s Marina Walk, their newest Harbour Isle neighborhood. A 220-acre island-living community, Harbour Isle is on Anna Maria Sound in Bradenton. The first two neighborhoods, Mangrove Walk and Edgewater Walk, feature luxury coach homes that sold out within a year after opening.
Minto Communities USA recently broke ground on the Villas By The Sea Oceanfront North and Oceanside North residences. These new residences are the last of luxury oceanfront living in the vibrant seaside village of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, which has become one of the most successful beachfront enclaves in the greater Ft. Lauderdale area.
Only 10 homes remain available at Minto Communities USA's PortoSol! The furnished models feature three elegant designs: the 2,284 square-foot Portofino, 2,111 square-foot Sydney and the 2,032 square-foot Barcelona model. These decorated models are the only remaining furnished models available before the gated resort community closes out.

A long-planned town on rural lands in eastern Collier County might be closer to reality. Collier Enterprises is working with Minto Communities USA on planning and permitting about 4,000 homes and a 150,000-square-foot town center as part of the first phase of development for the 4,000-acre Rural Lands West property in eastern Collier County.
