Minto celebrates last chance for oceanfront living

Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, FL (June 11, 2015) Minto Communities has broken ground on the Villas By The Sea Oceanfront North residences. These new residences are the last of luxury oceanfront living in the vibrant seaside village of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, which has become one of the most successful beachfront enclaves in the greater Ft. Lauderdale area.

The final phase of construction features two new condominium buildings, Oceanfront North and Oceanside North, with brand-new designs ranging from 1,565 to 1,970 interior square feet, offering open floor plans with two bedrooms, two baths and optional studies. The Villas By The Sea sales center is located at 236 Commercial Blvd., Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, Florida 33308. The new sales center is three miles east of I-95 and is open Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
