Minto breaks ground on 3rd neighborhood

Bradenton, FL (June 22, 2015) Minto Communities broke ground on a third neighborhood in its Harbour Isle community on Perico Island, according to a June 8 news release.

The Marina Walk neighborhood will consist of one-story resort-style homes priced from $500,000. The models are expected to open by January 2016.

All will have views of Anna Maria Sound or the Harbour Isle lagoon, according to Minto.

Living space will range from 1,483 square feet to 1,650. The homes will have two or three bedrooms and two or three bathrooms, depending on the model.

All floor plans include walk-in closets, gourmet kitchens and screened lanais.

Harbour Isle is a 200-acre community on Perico Island. It also includes Mangrove Walk and Edgewater Walk.

A grand opening for the clubhouse is being planned for later this summer.

The gated entrance to the community is at 12300 Manatee Ave. W., Bradenton.
