Association Parade Of Homes First Place Award for Laureate Park at Lake Nona Model

Orlando, FL (June 07, 2015) Minto Communities has received a Greater Orlando Builders Association Parade of Homes™ (GOBA) first place award for the Laureate Park Mansfield model at Lake Nona in Orlando. “Minto is honored to receive GOBA’s first place recognition for the second year in a row for our innovative home designs at Laureate Park,” notes Minto Senior Vice President William Bullock.

The Mansfield includes four bedrooms, plus den, three-and-a-half baths and two-car garage. Pricing for single-family homes starts in the low $300s.

Existing courtyard home floor plans range from 1,650 square feet under air to 1,944 square feet under air, and include two or three bedrooms, plus a unique loft with 10’ ceilings that can function as playroom, hobby room or private retreat. All have two-car garages. Courtyard homes are priced from the mid-$200s. Minto’s Laureate Park homes are designated as Environments for Living and Energy Star Certified.
