Minto Communities USA announces that sales are open for homes in the next phase of The Isles of Collier Preserve in Naples. For a limited time, pre-grand opening pricing is available on the first release of homes in Phase II. Minto also is introducing a new collection of luxury paired villas and single-family home designs.
Minto Communities Canada has broken ground for both its eight-storey Beechwood project in New Edinburgh and the glittering 25-storey UpperWest tower being built with Canderel in Westboro. Significant as it is, though, groundbreaking is just the first stage of the long, complex construction process that ultimately yields a shiny new condo building.
The annual Great Ottawa Home Builder’s Association SAMMY awards were held November 5th at the Centurion Event Centre. Minto Communities Canada won marketing awards for "Best Project Logo/Identity" and "Best Builder Sales Centre," and the model homes award for "Most Environmentally Friendly Builder".
Whilst many first-time buyers appreciate the ease and low maintenance of a new build home, high spec communities are often too expensive. Minto Communities Canada has created a new range of affordable homes to appeal to younger, more budget-conscious buyers with the creation of their new Infusion Terrace homes in Chapman Mills.
Minto Communities Canada and North Drive teamed up to create a condominium development that will combine the best of luxury living, from a smaller building with bigger suites to an urban infill site with a parkside setting in Yorkville. This 25-storey high-rise, called Minto Yorkville Park, will be located at 88 Cumberland St.
Minto Communities Canada launched Avalon Encore, a master-planned community on the west side of Tenth Line Road in Orléans. A mix of singles, bungalows, towns and others, the development will see some 1,600 homes built over the next decade. Minto is betting on a diversity of buyers, including first-time homeowners and families trading up.
For the second time in three years, Minto Communities Canada was named Ontario home builder of the year at the OHBA awards gala in Ottawa. It was said that Minto continues to lead the way, and that despite their success, they’re not satisfied with where they are, and they’re always looking for the next step.
Since sales opened in November 2012 for The Rideau and Vibe, Minto Communities Canada’s condo apartments on the site, the residential portion of the project has been making headlines. A tour of the park and construction progress shows off terrific views from the 20th floor and a great community vibe.
Homebuilder Minto Communities USA has plans in the works for an “attraction unto itself” coming just five miles from the Walt Disney World Resort. The builder — a builder in Lake Nona’s popular Laureate Park community in Medical City — is launching its second Central Florida community after buying a 200-acre site in Polk County near Disney.
To showcase some of the practices that are changing the future of home building, industry delegates took part in the Ontario Home Builders’ Association tour. It visited visited Minto Communities Canada's Southshore, a stacked townhouse project in Long Branch, which an OHBA group saw last year while the site was under construction.
