Rhonda Oshier
Senior Vice President, Finance
As Senior Vice President, Finance, Rhonda is responsible for overseeing Canadian operations. With over 25 years of experience, she brings strong leadership skills and business acumen to her position as a key contributor to the executive management team.
Following successful financial roles at both startups and public companies, including Calian, Metconnex, Plaintree, Corel, and KPMG, Rhonda joined Minto in 2012 and has lead teams on large scale projects in support of business growth.
Rhonda has a Bachelor of Commerce, Honours degree from Carleton University, Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation, Controllership certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, and attended the McGill Executive Institute Leadership Experience focused on Organizational Leadership.
