Mike joined Minto Group in 2008 as Executive Vice President for the newly created West Central Florida division. Since 2010, Mike has directed Minto’s U.S. operations and spearheaded Minto’s expansion into the Carolinas and Texas.

Mike brings more than 30 years of extensive experience in the home building industry to his leadership role, most recently serving as Division President in Fort Myers/Naples, Florida for Meritage Homes. Prior to that, Mike held the position of Division President with Centex Homes, serving first in the West Florida market, and then in Houston, Texas. Mike's experience in the Southeast Florida market was gained working with builders and developers, The William Lyon Company and Ryan Homes.

Mike graduated in 1981 from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and worked in municipal and real estate finance for several years upon graduation.
