
Roger A. Cregg
Roger A. Cregg is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in the homebuilding industry, having served as President and Chief Executive Officer and Director for AV Homes Inc., a developer and home construction company, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for PulteGroup Inc., a leading national home construction company in the United States. He has also served as an Advisory Board Member for several private homebuilding companies.
His financial expertise is further demonstrated by his tenure as a senior executive and Chief Financial Officer for The ServiceMaster Company, Zenith Electronics Corporation and Sweetheart Cup Company, Inc.
Mr. Cregg currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Comerica Incorporated, a NYSE listed financial services company, where he is the Audit Committee Chair and a member of the Enterprise Risk Committee and the Qualified Legal Compliance Committee Chair. Mr. Cregg serves as a member of the board of directors of Sterling Infrastructure Incorporated, a NASDAQ listed infrastructure services provider of E-infrastructure Solutions, Building Solutions and Transportation Solutions, where he is the Audit Committee Chair and a member of the Compensation and Talent Development Committee. Mr. Cregg previously served on the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, Detroit Branch, including serving as the Chairman of the board.
Roger earned his Master's degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Northeastern University.
