Looking for the best workout in the world? Barry’s says they’ve got it. Walk into the Red Room for one of two classes: HIIT or Double Floor. In HIIT, you’ll spend half of the class on the treadmill and half on the floor for strength. In Double Floor, ditch the treadmill for full strength. Each day of the week focuses on a different muscle group, and you can expect to burn up to 1000 calories in a one-hour class.
