New Coastal Cottages Collection models open at The Isles of Collier Preserve
NAPLES, FL — (June 27, 2022) — Minto Communities has introduced an all-new lifestyle option at The Isles of Collier Preserve in Naples, Florida — the Coastal Cottages Collection. Four fully-furnished model homes opened June 25. The initial sales release of 16 pre-designed homes, starting in the $500s, were reserved by home buyers during opening weekend. Additional homesites will be released in July.
The new Coastal Cottages neighborhood is located on 150 homesites near the entry to The Isles of Collier Preserve and provides convenient access to the Cormorant Nature Trail, one of the many walking trails within the community.
Four fully-furnished Coastal Cottages models are open for viewing. Designed in the classic coastal architectural style seen throughout the community, Coastal Cottages feature charming front porches, rear-entry garages and open spaces that are thoughtfully planned for relaxing at home as well as entertaining guests.

The Coastal Cottages floorplans are named after the region’s beautiful islands: Captiva, Marco, Sanibel and Useppa. All models include two bedrooms, two baths, and a two-car garage, with some floorplans including a den/hobby room. Home designs feature high ceilings and transom and dormer windows to maximize natural light. Additional distinctive design elements feature arched and beamed ceiling statements that define spaces, recessed lighting and much more.

The Captiva is 2,119 total square feet with 1,466 square feet under air, and The Useppa is 2,094 total square feet with 1,378 square feet under air. These two models include an additional den/hobby room.
