18 of Minto’s locations have received the 800 Award, a distinction that recognizes our exceptional commitment to listening, responding and acting on resident feedback through the Reputation platform.
To determine 800 Award honorees, Reputation pulls a list of the review scores for every business location on the their platform. Those that were honoured have achieved a score of 800 or higher due to their exceptional focus on high customer satisfaction throughout the past year. Only 13% of participants received a score high enough to warrant this distinction.
The score is a proprietary tool that measures review sentiment, volume, spread and several other factors including recency, response, and social engagement.

Prioritizing Listening and Responding to our Residents
To deliver on our promise of building positive inclusive communities that everyone can call home, our team conducts surveys to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement. We share survey results with staff, and together we develop and implement action plans to address any issues and provide excellent ongoing support. We also focus on connecting with our residents through various events, facilities, and amenities we build right into our communities. From sponsoring local activities to cultural events, we’re always looking for ways to connect and bring neighbours together.
