Fresh off a series of wins at the DHBRA Awards in May, Minto Communities continued its winning streak at this year’s Canadian Home Builder’s Association (CHBA) National Awards for Housing Excellence.

Minto Communities was recognized with a series of wins at the Durham Region Homebuilders’ Association Awards, hosted remotely via YouTube. Not only was their Ivy Ridge development crowned with three awards in New Home Design Production, Minto Communities also received an Outstanding Achievement Award in Corporate Citizenship, and was named “Green Builder of the Year.”
The Union Village community, created in collaboration by Minto Communities GTA and Metropia, launched recently in Markham, Ontario. The initial phase one launch saw more than 330 homes sold over a four-day period through a mix of single-family homes, back-to-back townhomes, rear-lane townhomes, and traditional townhomes, indicates a release.
While it will still be some time before ground breaks for the new boutique condo development by Minto Communities on Portland Street, a new rendering of the project paints an even clearer picture of what future residents can expect.
The wheels are in motion for 123 Portland Street from Minto Communities GTA, with site clearing now wrapping up at Portland and Adelaide in Downtown Toronto. As the site gears up for the start of construction of the 16-storey, Sweeny &Co Architects-designed luxury condominium development, a new rendering is helping to sell the idea of life there.
