As Senior Vice President of Operations, Michelle oversees the overall operations of Minto Group and Minto Apartment REIT’s multi-residential portfolio. She leads a team of over 300, delivering a positive resident experience and managing all day-to-day property operations. Michelle brings 20 years of experience to her role in residential and multi-family property management across Canada and the United States. Her expertise in property management practices with high operational standards enables her to drive a culture of service excellence for residents and prospective tenants.
Previously, Michelle was Vice President of Operations with a large Canadian real estate developer of purpose-built rentals. There, she established and grew their property management division, was instrumental in developing operational policies, and led the recruitment and training of a talented team with strong systems and culture. Before relocating to Canada, Michelle managed a portfolio of 2,600 homes and ensured operational excellence for a public-private venture with the United States Military.
