After Closing, your relationship with Minto doesn't end. In fact, it just enters a new phase, primarily with our MasterCareSM Department. Staffed by full-time professionals, MasterCareSM provides industry leading service and "around-the-clock" emergency service during the warranty period.
Please complete our Service Request form to describe the issue(s) you need addressed, and your request will be forwarded to our MasterCareSM Department for a fast and efficient response.
About one month after closing we’ll visit your home to provide answers to your questions and provide maintenance tips.
We’ll visit your home and conduct a complimentary maintenance check-up. Our technician will answer any questions you may have regarding upkeep and maintenance.
At the end of your first year of ownership, we’ll conduct another walk-through of your home and provide maintenance tips, reminders and suggestions.
