Westlake Launches New Affordably Priced Townhomes for Sale
CITY OF WESTLAKE, FL – (February 12, 2024)— Responding to buyer demand for more affordably priced new-construction homes, Minto Communities USA has opened a new townhome neighborhood for sale within its flagship Westlake community. The Terraces features three floorplans from the new Courtyard Collection, starting in the mid $300s.
