Naples, FL — February 21, 2024 — As The Isles of Collier Preserve approaches projected sell out in 2024, developer Minto Communities announces that three new-construction villa homes are now available and ready for move-in. The move-in soon villas include a fully furnished Petunia and an unfurnished Dahlia and Petunia.
