Minto to Sell 130 Remaining Single Family Lots in LakePark to Kennedy Homes
Port St. Lucie, FL – September 10, 2018 – Minto Communities is set to sell the remaining 130 developed, single-family detached lots in LakePark at Tradition to established Florida home builder Kennedy Homes LLC. This transaction is set to close in September.
LakePark will launch its next phase at Tradition in St. Lucie County, offering adults over 55 years of age an active and carefree vacation-inspired lifestyle. It features two- and three-bedroom villas and single-family homes. The remaining 130 single-family lots being sold to Kennedy were originally part of the Coastal Collection built by Minto.
Kennedy has plans to build three new single-family models at LakePark, set to open in early 2019. Current plans for the new models include numerous designer forward elevations and hundreds of options. The homes will be built on lakes, preserves and standard homesites. Home sizes range from 1,950 to 2,350 sq. ft. under air and will include standard golf cart storage in oversized garages.

Minto will continue to build the paired villas in the Harbour Collection at LakePark, and just announced that the final phase of 184 villas will be released for sale on September 14th. These villas offer two to three bedrooms with two baths and two car garages and range from 1,503 to 1,862 sq. ft. under air with prices starting in the low $200s.
In April, Minto started building the community’s resort-style amenities and recreation center, The Club at LakePark, which is slated to open in October. It will feature a state-of-the art fitness center, a resort-style swimming pool and spa, and shaded cabanas for relaxing. The covered terrace is perfect for social gatherings with outdoor seating area and barbecue grills. Just off the patio will be a well-manicured lawn for special events and two dog walk areas: one for small dogs and one for larger dogs.
