Bradenton, FL — Minto Communities announces that the new Marina Walk neighborhood at Harbour Isle has opened for sales. Harbour Isle, located in Bradenton, Florida, is Minto’s 220-acre island community that is almost entirely surrounded by the waters of Anna Maria Sound along the western shoreline and Perico Bayou to the east.
With Marina Walk, Minto introduces its luxury resort villas at Harbour Isle. Construction is scheduled to start this spring, with models projected to open early 2016. Villas range in size from 1,483 square feet under air to 1,650 square feet under air, and are priced from the $500’s. Unique design selections include villas with two master suites with full baths and villas with master suite, two bedrooms and three baths.
A total of 12 resort villa buildings at Marina Walk will feature waterfront residences with three or four stories over parking. Marina Walk will have its own, private amenities that include a resort-style pool, shade pavilion, splash zone and recreation area with tot lot.
A 23,000-square-foot waterfront Beach Club is under construction at Harbour Isle with completion projected for summer 2015. The two-story Beach Club is sited directly on Anna Maria Sound. Amenities include a sandy beach recreation area for launching kayaks and paddleboards, 4,200-square-foot fitness center, second floor Sky Bar Lounge, Cabana Bar, resort-style pool, Jacuzzi, private lounging cabanas, yoga lawn and event lawn. The Beach Club architecture complements the Harbour Isle community’s southern coastal-style architecture and design. Each neighborhood in Harbour Isle also has its own, private amenities, that include four resort-style pools, and a marina with wet and dry storage, restaurants, shops and more is planned.
According to Minto Senior Vice President William Bullock, “Minto has taken great care to assure that every design decision made at Harbour Isle maintains the integrity of this rare island location and the surrounding waters. For example, the Beach Club is built on a portion of the island that already provides unobstructed water views of Anna Maria Sound and Anna Maria Island. We were thoughtful on placement of the Beach Club, and chose a location that had a lack of shoreline vegetation, thus minimizing environmental impact.”
Harbour Isle’s gated entry is distinguished by a lighthouse-inspired observation tower that overlooks a Royal Palm-lined streetscape bordering a 38-acre lake at the center of the community. Residents enjoy a two-mile walking path that encircles the island.
In addition to Marina Walk, Harbour Isle has two private coach home enclaves — Mangrove Walk and Edgewater Walk. Mangrove Walk is sold out. The colorful design of the homes at Harbour Isle completes the community’s inviting picture of relaxed seaside living. Six fully furnished luxury coach home models are available for viewing. Each coach home building includes a one-story, two-story and three-story coach home, ranging in size from 1,621 square feet under air to 2,960 square feet under air. All include a two-car garage. Two and three story coach homes include private elevators. Coach homes are priced from the $400s.
Harbour Isle has been developed without utilizing Community Development District (CDD) funding. This means residents won't see annual CDD assessments on their tax bill, which saves them thousands of dollars over the life of their home.
