Minto hosts ribbon cutting event for the Harbour Isle Beach Club
Bradenton, FL — Minto Communities hosted a July 31 ribbon-cutting ceremony, preview and continental breakfast to celebrate the completion of the Beach Club at Harbour Isle. Attendees included officials and members of the Manatee Chamber of Commerce and Anna Maria Island Chamber of Commerce. The official grand opening of the Beach Club will be held on Saturday, August 22, from 6-9 p.m.
Harbour Isle is an award-winning, 220-acre island-living community by Minto, located directly across from Anna Maria Island on Anna Maria Sound in Bradenton, Florida. The two-story, 23,000-square-foot Beach Club features impressive luxury amenities, including a 4,200-square-foot fitness center, second floor Sky Bar Lounge, resort-style pool, poolside Cabana Bar, yoga lawn, event lawn and beach recreation area for launching kayaks and paddleboards.
The Beach Club’s architecture is distinguished by details that echo the community’s iconic lighthouse entry feature and southern coastal-style architecture. A lighthouse-style wing further enhances the Club’s island ambiance.
According to Minto Senior Vice President William Bullock, “Minto has taken great care to assure that every design decision made at Harbour Isle maintains the integrity of this rare island location and the surrounding waters. For example, the Beach Club is located on a portion of the island that already provides unobstructed water views of Anna Maria Sound and Anna Maria Island. We were thoughtful on placement of the Beach Club, and chose a location that had a lack of shoreline vegetation, thus minimizing environmental impact.”
Construction also has started on three luxury resort home models at Harbour Isle’s Marina Walk. Models are projected to open in January 2016. Marina Walk is Minto’s newest Harbour Isle neighborhood. The first two neighborhoods, Mangrove Walk and Edgewater Walk featuring luxury island coach homes, each sold out quickly after opening.
Marina Walk’s Nautical Series Home Collection includes the Mariner, Nautica and Oceana floor plans, plus the Mariner Penthouse, featuring magnificent views of Anna Maria Sound or the Harbour Isle lake. Priced from the $500s, these one-story homes range from 1,483 to 1,650 square feet under air. Floor plans include two and three bedrooms with two or three bathrooms and feature luxurious master suites with spacious walk-in closets and gourmet kitchens with islands that open to dramatic living room and dining room areas. Expansive screened lanais provide outdoor living space and take full advantage of the spectacular views.
Harbour Isle recently received nine 2015 Manatee-Sarasota Building Industry Association (MSBIA) Parade of Homes awards, including “Best Overall Community.” The community’s gated entry opens to a Royal Palm-lined streetscape bordering a 38-acre lake, and a two-mile walking path encircles the island. In addition to the Beach Club, each neighborhood within Harbour Isle has its own private amenities that include resort-style pools, private cabanas, kayak launch, firepit
, outdoor kitchen and more. The planned Harbour Isle Marina with wet and dry storage, restaurants, and ship’s store is planned to open next year.
Harbour Isle has been developed without utilizing Community Development District (CDD) funding. This means residents won't see annual CDD assessments on their tax bill, which saves them thousands of dollars over the life of their home.
Harbour Isle is located at 12300 Manatee Avenue West in Bradenton, Florida. The Harbour Isle sales center is open Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. For information, call 888-827-3061 or visit mintofla.com.
