Stock introducing new Cottonwood Collection of classic coastal luxury homes
Naples, FL — Stock first partnered with Minto at The Isles of Collier Preserve In 2016 to introduce the Stock Signature Homes Magnolia Collection of luxury homes. Stock’s Cottonwood Collection of luxurious classic coastal living homes includes eight floor plans that range from 2,517 square feet to over 3,400 square feet under air, with over 5,000 square feet of total living area. Base home pricing starts from the mid-$600s, and home including lot base pricing starts from the $780s. Great room floor plans with three and four bedrooms feature expanded outdoor living area.

Villas range from 1,565 to 1,862 square feet under air, and include covered lanai and two-car garage. Villas are priced from the high-$300s. Coach homes include one, two and three-story floor plans, and range in size from 1,621 to 2,960 square feet under air with two-car garages and private elevators. Coach homes are priced from the $500s.
The Isles of Collier Preserve is a uniquely located 2,400-acre community that is bordered on the south by Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, the north by Naples Botanical Garden, and the west by Dollar Bay. More than half of the 2,400 acres is dedicated to natural habitat and preserve areas connected by a network of biking paths and recreational trails with exercise stations and nature observation areas as well as blueways for kayaking.
