Bradenton, Fla.— November 29, 2018 —Minto Communities announces the opening of the new deep-water marina at One Particular Harbour Margaritaville. An outdoor pool area will be located between the hotel and Floridays restaurant, and the restaurant will feature poolside bar service and seating for up to 300 guests.
One Particular Harbour Margaritaville luxury residences feature island-inspired design and luxury finishes, and offer spectacular views of Anna Maria Sound or Harbour Isle Lagoon. They range from 1,483 to 1,650 square feet under air, and are priced from the high $400’s.
