Minto Communities wins ten 2016 Aurora and Excel awards
Orlando, FL — Minto Communities was recognized with ten awards, including two prestigious Grand Aurora Awards, at the 2016 Southeast Building Conference presented by the Southeast Building Council (SEBC) in Orlando on July 29. The SEBC presents the largest building industry trade show in the southeast. The 2016 Aurora competition drew 335 entries in 57 categories that were reviewed by a panel of six building industry leaders.
Minto’s Grand Aurora Awards include Best Single Family home in the 2,500-2,999-square-foot category for the Mansfield model at Laureate Park at Lake Nona in Orlando, and Best Interior Merchandising Condominium in the under $1 million category for the Mariner model at Marina Walk at Harbour Isle in Bradenton.
Five Aurora Awards went to Minto for the Beach Club at Harbour Isle in Bradenton for Best Recreational Facility, the Mariner model in Marina Walk at Harbour Isle for Best Interior Merchandising Condominium in the under $1 million category, and the Mansfield model in Laureate Park at Lake Nona for Best Single Family home in the 2,500-2,999-square-foot-category. Two models at Minto’s The Isles of Collier Preserve in Naples also received Aurora Awards. These include the Pimento for Best Single Family home in the 2,000-2,499-square-foot category, and the Tamarind Grande for Best Single Family home in the 4,000-5,000-square-foot category.
Three Sales & Marketing Council Excel Awards also were presented to Minto at the conference. These included Best Newspaper Ad and Best Online Marketing Campaign for Festival, a new resort vacation home community in Orlando; and Best Special Event for “Luxury by the Bay,” a grand opening event for the Harbour Isle Beach Club.
