Minto Communities offers purchase incentives for homes at Sun City Center
Sun City Center, FL — Minto Communities is in the final phase of new homes at Sun City Center, and announces that, for a limited time, purchase incentives of up to $30,000 will be offered on select new Minto homes in the community. Located between Tampa and Sarasota, Florida, Sun City Center has been named by Where to Retire magazine as a member of the Hall of Fame of Best Master-Planned Communities, and is known as one of the country’s premier 55-and-over communities.
Minto presents a selection of eight fully furnished villa and single-family homes at Sun City Center. Villa floor plans range from 1,503 to 1,862 square feet under air. Single-family floor plans range from 1,683 to 2,557 square feet under air. Homes are priced from the $190s.

This fee shows up on the tax bill with average annual assessments ranging from $1,000 to $2,000 per year up to a maximum of 30 years. Minto didn’t want to burden our residents with this.”
