Minto Communities introduces final phase of The Isles of Collier Preserve
NAPLES, FL – (October 27, 2022) — Minto Communities announces that work is progressing on the final phase of The Isles of Collier Preserve, an award-winning, master-planned community located in Naples, Florida. The final phase is located on a 103-acre property adjacent to The Isles of Collier Preserve at the community’s western border that was acquired earlier this year.
More than half of the property will remain lakes and preserves with 25-acres of lakes and 30-acres of preserves. Plans call for a total of 229 homesites that will include 138 paired villas and 91 detached single-family homes. The first release of new homesites is expected to open for sales next month. Originally slated for approximately 1,650 homes, the community now will have 1,825 homes at buildout.
In addition to the final phase of new homes, Minto is expanding and enhancing the community’s resort-style amenities at The Isles Club. The existing zero-entry swimming pool currently includes a massive deck area that will be expanded by 4,000 square feet, along with additional lounge chairs and umbrellas. There will also be enhancements to the Overlook Bar & Grill including new electric heaters and additional food and bar coolers.
A gathering area will be added to the existing tennis courts with a new paver area and 12’x25’ shade structure, along with fencing adjustments to facilitate league play and circulation between courts. A 20’x20’ shade structure will also be added between the tennis and pickleball courts. A new multi-sport court will be built that includes a basketball goal, temporary nets for pickleball, training backboard and rebounder.
Six additional pickleball courts and a 20’ x 20’ covered gathering area will be added at the current Discovery Sales Center for a total of 14 pickleball courts in the community. Upon buildout and completion of operations at The Isles of Collier Preserve, Minto will turn over the Discovery Sales Center to the residents for conversion into an additional amenity space.
The Isles of Collier Preserve is located in a one-of-a-kind setting that is bordered by Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, Dollar Bay and Naples Botanical Garden. More than half of the community’s original 2,400 acres are dedicated to natural habitat and nature preserves connected by miles of scenic recreational trails and waterways.

Visitors can learn about The Isles of Collier Preserve at the Discovery Sales Center where they can take a virtual tour at interactive stations, tour the model homes and explore the community by bicycle or kayak.
