Minto Communities breaks ground on The Beach Club at Harbour Isle
Bradenton, FL — Minto Communities announces that construction has started on the 23,000-square-foot Beach Club at Harbour Isle in Bradenton, Florida. The Beach Club’s projected completion date is September 2015. Harbour Isle is Minto’s 220-acre island community that is almost entirely surrounded by the waters of Anna Maria Sound along the western shoreline and Perico Bayou to the east.
The two-story Beach Club is sited directly on Anna Maria Sound. Amenities include a sandy beach recreation area for residents, 4,200-square-foot fitness center, second floor Sunset Lounge and Bar, Cabana Bar, resort-style, gradual step-down pool, Jacuzzi, private lounging cabanas, yoga lawn, event lawn and kayak launch. The Club architecture complements the Harbour Isle community’s southern coastal-style architecture and design.
According to Minto Senior Vice President William Bullock, “Minto located the Beach Club on a part of the island with unobstructed water views of Anna Maria Sound and the intracoastal waterway. It was an important and fundamental design consideration that every resident of Harbour Isle have a place where they could go to enjoy the spectacular Gulf of Mexico sunsets with friends and family.”
Harbour Isle’s gated entry is distinguished by a lighthouse-inspired observation tower that overlooks a Royal Palm-lined streetscape bordering a 38-acre lake at the center of the community. Residents enjoy a two-mile walking path that encircles the island.
Harbour Isle has two private coach home enclaves — Mangrove Walk and Edgewater Walk. Each enclave also has its own recreational center with resort-style pool, private cabanas, outdoor kitchen and dining area, fire pit and kayak launch.
The colorful design of the island coach homes at Harbour Isle complete the community’s inviting picture of relaxed seaside living. Six fully furnished luxury coach home models are available for viewing at Harbour Isle. Each coach home building includes a one-story, two-story and three-story coach home, ranging in size from 1,621 square feet under air to 2,960 square feet under air. All include a two-car garage and private elevator for second-story homes. Coach homes are priced from the $400s.
Harbour Isle coach homes are Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) certified — the highest rating for green features such as energy efficiency, enhanced indoor air quality, water efficiency and sustainable use of materials and land.
Harbour Isle has been developed without utilizing Community Development District (CDD) funding. This means residents won't see annual CDD assessments on their tax bill, which saves them thousands of dollars over the life of their home.
Harbour Isle is located at 12300 Manatee Avenue in Bradenton, Florida. The Harbour Isle sales center is open Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. For information, call 888-827-3061 or visit mintofla.com.
