Minto Communities announces start of final phase of amenities at The Isles of Collier Preserve
Overlook Bar & Grill site prep is underway and 500th home has sold
Minto Communities announces two major benchmarks at The Isles of Collier Preserve in Naples, Florida. The community’s 500th home has sold, and more than $300 million in sales revenue has been generated since The Isles opened for sales in 2013. In addition, Minto has started the final phase of the community’s amenities, and site prep has begun on the Overlook Bar & Grill. Completion of the restaurant is slated for November 2018.
According to Minto Senior Vice President William Bullock, “The 500th home closing at The Isles of Collier Preserve is a true milestone in our development plan for this beautiful master-planned community. Our original development plan for The Isles calls for the completion of the amenities to start when 500 homes are sold. This final phase will complete the already outstanding and comprehensive amenities program enjoyed by our residents.”
The rustic waterfront restaurant will overlook the picturesque Cypress Waterway at The Isles of Collier Preserve. A casual dining and gathering place for residents, their families and friends, it will include a large u-shaped bar, banquette and dining table seating and tiki torch gas lighting for evening outdoor dining.
Every aspect of The Isles of Collier Preserve is inspired by nature and the history and coastal charm of Old Naples. Continuing this tribute to history, the Overlook Bar & Grill will have the look and feel of an Old Florida waterside bar with décor that includes historic photos and references to the area’s fishing history. Menus will feature local produce, fresh seafood and grill specialties, hand-crafted cocktails and a full wine list.
Additional phase two amenities include bocce ball courts, three more tennis courts and four more pickleball courts. Construction is scheduled to start on the courts in January with projected completion in mid-April. Site work also begins this month on a dedicated dog park.
These final phase amenities will be added to the community’s existing amenities that include The Isles Club, inspired by the original Naples Beach Hotel, circa 1888. With its stylized cupola and welcoming front porch, it includes a state-of-the-art fitness center, social room, resort style gradual entrance swimming pool, lap pool, sandy beach area, cabanas, kayak launch, tennis and pickleball courts and event courtyard. The Isles of Collier Preserve residents also have the opportunity to become members of neighboring Hamilton Harbor Yacht Club with its full-service marina, waterfront dining and 160 acres of natural wetlands on the edge of Rookery Bay Reserve.

Minto developed The Isles of Collier Preserve using its own funding sources, electing not to utilize Community Development District (CDD) funds, and saving homeowners at The Isles of Collier Preserve thousands of dollars in annual assessments.
