With The Highest Percentage Of Sales Achieved From Referrals, Minto Communities Florida Scores First Place In  2012 Homebuyer’s Choice Awards

COCONUT CREEK, Fla. – March 6, 2012 – While home sales generated from a quality-built Minto home is great, generating home sales from referrals from happy customers is even better. 

Michael Belmont, president of Minto Communities Florida, is pleased to announce that the company won first place in the Highest Percentage of Sales From Referrals – High Volume Builder’s Category – in Eliant’s 2012 Homebuyer’s Choice Awards. The award is one of five that Minto was recognized for. 

In 2011, 41.3 percent of all homes sold by Minto in Florida were a direct result of a referral coming from a happy customer. According to Bob Mirman, CEO of Eliant, the national average is four to five percent for all builders. 

“Our high sales percentage from referrals from our customers is a direct reflection of our mission is to create a pleasurable buying experience,” states Belmont. “From the moment a customer walks into our new home sales office through the first step they take in their new Minto home, our entire team works to respond to their needs to assure complete and ongoing satisfaction.

In partnership with Real Estate Temps, Eliant announced its results after compiling data from 68,000 surveys from homebuyers who purchased their new home in 2011. In all, the surveys included information on more than 170 homebuilders around the country.

• Honorable Mention – Customer Service Experience – High Volume Builders
