Minto Announces New Hibiscus Floorplan at Westlake
CITY OF WESTLAKE, FL – (February 7, 2024) Minto Communities USA is offering a new single-family floorplan at its flagship master-planned community, Westlake.
The Hibiscus, part of the popular Cypress Collection, offers 3 bedrooms, a den, 3 baths and a 2-car garage and is 2,330 a/c square feet.
