Margaritaville Holdings Announces Hotel and Restaurant Plans for One Particular Harbour on Anna Maria Sound

Bradenton, Fla. — August 8, 2018 – Margaritaville Holdings today revealed details surrounding the hotel and restaurant planned for One Particular Harbour Margaritaville – its new development with partner Minto Communities. Located at Harbour Isle, a 220-acre private island community on Anna Maria Sound in Bradenton, Florida, One Particular Harbour Margaritaville will feature a 131-room hotel, being developed by Sarasota-based Floridays Development Company and the first to open under Margaritaville’s new upscale boutique select-service hotel brand, COMPASS by Margaritaville Hotels and Resorts.

Designed to help travelers relax, rejuvenate and escape the everyday, the 131-room COMPASS hotel will be located on the development’s new marina and feature two buildings – a five-story building with 101 guestrooms and a three-story building with 30 guestrooms. Incorporating Margaritaville’s signature ‘casual-luxe’ design, the hotel will welcome guests with an open-concept living lounge and bright, airy atmosphere, bringing a taste of the outdoors inside. Guestrooms will be modern with a nature-inspired design and premium amenities, including Margaritaville’s signature bedding, an oversized bathroom with rainfall showers, and smart TVs for streaming video and music. In addition, an outdoor pool area will be located between the hotel and a free-standing Floridays restaurant, which will feature poolside bar service and seat up to 300 guests.
Construction on the hotel and restaurant is slated to begin in early 2019. Additional details will follow in the coming weeks.
