LakePark at Tradition Wins Several Awards at the 2017 Treasure Coast Parade of Homes

Presented by the Treasure Coast Builders Association, the awards are designed to recognize exceptional design and merchandising by local home builders. Minto's Magnolia and Mahogany model homes at LakePark were both recognized at an awards banquet held April 25 at the PGA Center for Golf Learning and Performance.

The Mahogany villa home model is a two-bedroom, two-bath residence with a great room, den, two-car garage and a screened lanai. It is 1,616 air conditioned square feet with a total of 2,183 total square feet.
