LATITUDE MARGARITAVILLE Hilton Head Celebrates Successful Three-Day Sales Center Opening Event

Orlando, Fla. — February 20, 2018 – Minto Communities and Margaritaville Holdings celebrated the successful opening of the LATITUDE MARGARITAVILLE Hilton Head sales center with three consecutive days of events, beginning with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on February 16, with more than 100 city, county and state officials, VIPs and community leaders in attendance.  The festivities continued on February 17 and 18, as the community welcomed a spirited crowd of more than 850 prospective home owners for tours and a sneak peek at the exciting LATITUDE MARGARITAVILLE lifestyle.  The community preview period continues over the next three weeks, with official sales beginning March 10.

Hilton Head’s sister property, LATITUDE MARGARITAVILLE Daytona Beach, will welcome interested buyers for tours of nine new model homes beginning February 24, during a grand opening event and Margaritaville street party from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
