Construction Begins at Minto’s Artesia in Sunrise
Builder seeing strong demand from move-up home buyers
SUNRISE, Fla. – (Feb. 7, 2017) – Minto Communities has begun construction on its second and final phase of Artesia, an amenity-rich, resort-style community in Sunrise. Crews have started going vertical with the first two townhome buildings that will feature 23 Terrace Homes and 15 Sky Villas. When completed, the award-winning builder will deliver 123 townhomes in this final phase, bringing the total number of residences to 837.

Minto offers three distinct collections at Artesia that boast a contemporary blend of urban, suburban and resort lifestyles. In addition to the Terrace Homes and Sky Villas, the community also offers Courtyard Homes. Prices range from the mid-$300,000s to the $500,000s. For a limited time, buyers can save up to $10,000 on select available homes.
The Courtyard Homes include two to three bedrooms, two to three baths and all have a two-car garage. The residences range from 1,466 to 1,725 square feet under air and are priced from the mid-$300,000s.
For the Terrace Homes collection, floorplans include three to four bedrooms and two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half baths. The residences range from 1,669 to 2,113 square feet under air and are priced from the $400,000s. All include a two-car garage and private yard.
The Sky Villas have four to five bedrooms and three-and-a-half to four-and-a-half baths. One of the most unique features is a penthouse terrace, which provides beautiful panoramic views of the community. The residences range from 2,797 to 3,089 square feet under air and are priced from the $500,000s. All include a sky loft, two-car garage and private yard.
While the Courtyard and Terrace models were previously built in Artesia, Minto is introducing the Sky Villas collection for the first time.
Villa Artesia, the community’s two-story palatial clubhouse, offers a wide variety of fitness, recreation and social activities. Residents can take advantage of the state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor multi-sport court, sauna and spa.
