Once you submit your application, our Talent Acquisition
Specialists will review your resume and cover letter.

Initial Contact

Once a member from our hiring team identifies your resume as a match, you will be contacted for an initial interview.

This is a preliminary conversation to learn about your qualifications while you get a better understanding of the role and Minto. You’ll discuss your work experience, education, interests, and future goals.

Interview

Successful candidates from the initial contact stage will be invited for an in-depth interview.

The interview is about asking questions – on both sides. Please note that our interviews, depending on the role, can include technical testing and/or additional rounds of interviews for you to meet with our team.

Decision

Should you be the right fit, we'll make you an offer!

We'll guide you through all the benefits and opportunities that come with being a part of our company, and we’ll discuss what to expect and review new hire documentation.
