Minto Communities honoured with ‘Best Single-Detached Home Design’ award at 39th annual BILD Awards celebration
Toronto, ON (May 6, 2019) – Minto Communities was recognized for Best Single-Detached Home Design (Large) at the 39th annual BILD Awards gala on Friday, May 3rd, 2019 in Vaughan, Ontario. Presented by the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD), the awards celebrate achievements of developers, new home builders, architects, designers, sales and marketing professionals in the Greater Toronto Area.
The Best Single-Detached Home Design (Large) was awarded to Minto Communities for the architectural design and layout of the Fitzgibbon model home at its Glen Agar community in Etobicoke. With 3,500 square feet of living space, the Fitzgibbon offers homebuyers an efficient and functional use of space, combined with luxurious finishes including hardwood flooring, nine-foot ceilings and granite countertops in a contemporary design.
