Minto Communities GTA introduces first phase of master-planned community The Heights of Harmony, increasing housing options for families in Oshawa with idyllic natural surroundings
Oshawa, ON (June 04, 2021) – Minto Communities GTA launches the highly anticipated master-planned community The Heights of Harmony next week, releasing new single-family homes and townhomes to North Oshawa’s Kedron neighbourhood at an attractive price-point, enabling more home buyers to enter the real estate market. The first phase of release will offer 20’ traditional townhomes, and single-family homes in 36' and 43’ in a variety of architectural styles, including the introduction of a brand-new range of designs in the Modern Farmhouse style.

Spanning 90-acres, The Heights of Harmony is Minto Communities GTA’s second foray into Oshawa, increasing much-needed family housing at more accessible pricing to one of Canada’s fastest growing communities. In addition to the debut of the new Modern Farmhouse architectural style, Phase One of The Heights of Harmony will allow single-family home purchasers to select a Net Zero Ready upgrade option for their homes, a result of the extremely successful uptake of this offering in sister community Markham’s Union Village earlier this spring.
