As the early stages of construction progress on The Saint, Minto Communities GTA's new condo tower at Church and Lombard streets in Downtown Toronto, there are just a few suites remaining in the building.
Construction is moving along at the site of Minto Communities GTA's latest contribution to Toronto's Fashion District at 123 Portland Street. The 14-storey Sweeny &Co Architects-designed boutique luxury building has been underway at the corner of Portland and Adelaide streets since mid-2020, following the demolition of a former Para Paints shop and three houses that previously occupied the site.

One lucky “Wheel of Fortune” contestant can look forward to living the Parrothead dream by wasting away again in Margaritaville by Minto Communities USA. On Tuesday’s edition of the long-running game show, contestant Laura Trammell won a brand-new home in a bonus round, part of the show’s “Home Sweet Home” week, running April 26-30.
Latitude Margaritaville, the active adult communities by developer Minto Communities and lifestyle brand Margaritaville Holdings, again will receive national TV exposure all this week when the “Wheel of Fortune” game show takes place amid a custom set including Latitude Margaritaville images and features the giveaway of a new home in one of the communities.
All remaining suites at 123 Portland are multi-bedroom plans, for which Minto Communities GTA is now offering limited-time incentives that include a $30,000 decor credit towards suite upgrades.
