Minto Communities GTA is awarded prestigious EnerQuality Award for the first high-rise air leakage testing pilot program in Ontario 2020-10-07

Minto Communities GTA has been recognized with a 2020 EnerQuality Award in the Building Innovation category for a forward-thinking Air Tightness Testing Pilot project at their Yorkville high-rise Minto Yorkville Park. Minto Communities GTA is the first developer in Ontario to complete a baseline measurement for high-rise air leakage, with plans to incorporate findings from the testing process into future projects.

Minto Communities Ottawa proposes nine-storey mixed-use building in Vanier north 2020-09-11

Minto Communities Ottawa is proposing to construct a mixed-use development in the north end of Vanier that would include more than 250 housing units. A mix of underground and ground-level parking would provide 135 residential spaces for 25 spots for visitors. The plan also calls for more than 34,000 square feet of amenity space, including an outdoor terrace with barbecues, gardens and seating areas.

The long-awaited Dryden Boulevard bridge is finally open for drivers and pedestrians. It took 11 months to build and cost $2.5 million. Minto Communities paid $1.65 million to build the bridge while the town chipped in $850,000.
