The Rockhill complex of 1004 apartments, spread over six high-rise buildings on Côte-des-Neiges Road, was sold Tuesday for $268 million, or approximately $267,000 per unit, to Minto Apartment REIT and IG Investment Management Company that will share its ownership in equal parts (50% each).
