It comes with solar panels on the roof, helping alleviate any energy bills in the winter time. The house is part of Minto Communities Canada's subdivision called Potter’s Key and adjoins the Feedmill Creek Conservation area.
Minto Apartments has just announced that the Calgary International Hotel has been converted into a 35-story rental building. The building will be home to 252 rental units, a rooftop terrace, lobby bar, indoor pool, fitness centre, and so much more.
Homeownership for 23-year-old Mariah Wilson came early when she visited the show suite of Minto Communities Canada’s The Annex in the heart of Kensington Calgary. She was intrigued by The Annex’s vibrant and walkable inner-city location, the building’s design, including its focus on sustainability and the fact that she would have quick and easy access to transportation.
Minto Communities USA, Margaritaville Holdings and the St. Joe Company are planning to build another active adult community near Panama City Beach. The first phase of Latitude Margaritaville Watersound will bring approximately 3,500 homes, including a sales center and amenities. Panama City Beach’s Margaritaville will be the third latitude Margaritaville community, but the first partnership with St. Joe.

Among the apartment developments with community gardens in Calgary is the Annex by Minto Communities in inner-city Kensington, which will have a 17-bed garden slated for its rooftop patio.
Minto Communities USA’s Latitude Margaritaville Watersound, a planned active adult community in Bay County, is projected to break ground by the end of the year. Latitude Margaritaville Watersound will likely include 170,000 homes on about 15 miles of frontage on the Intracoastal Waterway connecting West Bay with Choctawhatchee Bay.
Minto Communities USA’s Latitude Margaritaville was the site of its first wedding! The private ceremony was held at 6 a.m., a few hours before the start of the public grand opening event for the community’s new residents-only Latitude Town Center amenities complex. The couple that got married are Dave Beheler and Deb Dubois, who moved to Latitude Margaritaville in July of last year.
Residents of Minto Communities USA’s Westlake community now have a place to cool off. The $15 million residents-only amenities complex known as the Westlake Adventure Park recently opened its first phase, which includes a 360,000-gallon pool, a three-story waterslide, a splash park, pavilions, a playground and a large lawn for events.
Life at Minto Communities USA’s Latitude Margaritaville looks like one long vacation, interspersed with tennis, pickleball, and bocce; all accessible by golf cart. There's even a dog spa called Barkaritaville. More than 300 people lined up to snag one of the community's original units.
Minto Communities has broken ground on its Annex condo project located in Calgary’s northwest inner-city community of Kensington. The nine-storey building will sit on 9A St., just a block off trendy 10 St. with its cafes, boutiques, Safeway and CTrain line.
