People Space: Minto Apartment REIT’s new COO 2019-09-11

Minto Apartment REIT has named George Van Noten as Chief Operating Officer and Glen MacMullin as Chief Investment Officer. They will take on many of the duties of Rob Pike, President and Chief Operating Officer of Minto Apartment REIT, who will retire November 1st after 38 years in the industry.

Margaritaville community coming to PCB 2019-06-24

Minto Communities USA, Margaritaville Holdings and the St. Joe Company are planning to build another active adult community near Panama City Beach. The first phase of Latitude Margaritaville Watersound will bring approximately 3,500 homes, including a sales center and amenities. Daytona’s Latitude Margaritaville hosts first wedding 2019-06-14

The private ceremony was held at 6 a.m., a few hours before the start of the public grand opening event for the community’s new residents-only Latitude Town Center amenities complex. The couple that got married are Dave Beheler and Deb Dubois, who moved to Latitude Margaritaville in July of last year.
