Welcoming New Homeowners
We recently welcomed hundreds of families to their new homes at communities across the GTA. The Heights of Harmony Phase I, located in North Oshawa's Kedron neighbourhood has proudly greeted its initial homeowners, with many more set to move in over the next several months. Oakvillage Phases 3A & 3B have also welcomed 250 new residents. This phase includes condos and stacked townhomes, and each space is crafted to meet the unique aspirations of each homeowner. We were also excited to welcome the first homeowners to 123 Portland, our exquisite boutique luxury mid-rise condo in Toronto's vibrant King West neighbourhood in November. We look forward to many more moments of joy, growth, and shared experiences in these communities.
