Minto Group announces three exciting new appointments to its Board of Directors
Ottawa, ON (August 31, 2020) – Minto Group announced the appointment of three new members to its Board of Directors this month. Floriana Cipollone, Gabriel Greenberg and Rachel Greenberg have joined the Board, bringing a depth of experience, leadership and perspective in finance, auditing, directorship, governance and philanthropy.
“With a Board in place for over 15 years, we have a strong history of governance within a privately-held company,” said Michael Waters, CEO, Minto Group. “Our new members will complement the expertise within our long-standing Board—providing oversight on good governance policies and practices, and making key decisions to meet organizational and shareholder needs, aligned with our strategic vision.”
Floriana Cipollone is the Chief Financial Officer of MCAN Mortgage Corporation (MKP-T) and previously CFO of Plaza REIT (PLZ.UN). Floriana brings over 30 years of robust financial experience to the table. Her knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate governance and risk, and investor relations will be a great asset to the Board.
Gabriel Greenberg is a Corporate Director of the Greenberg Family Enterprise, fully dedicated to the vision and success of the governance strategy. Before joining Minto’s Board, he spent his career in the banking and real estate management industries in both Canada and the USA.
Rachel Greenberg continues to work for the Greenberg Family Enterprise, most notably driving the creation of a philanthropy strategy for the third generation of the family. In addition to joining Minto’s Board, she works and volunteers for animal welfare clinics while training to be a veterinary nurse.
